You're pretty much screwed my friend... The good old Port Authority isn't going to allow you to cross the river without paying for it. The only suggestion I could make is to move into PA or get a job in NJ. Perhaps you could even ask your employer for some sort of credit. Even perhaps asking to change your hours so you can shorten your work week from 5 days to 4 - which a lot of companies are doing right now with the gas crunch. Hi everyone, in February I got a really nasty throat infection and I think possibly flu. The dr gave me high strength antibiotics and told me to rest but I had to go back to school because I was doing my PGCE and you're only allowed a few days off or you start having to come back for another term and I needed to get a job in september (she told me to have 2 weeks off). Anyway, I got it again a few weeks later and same thing - kids are riddling with germs. Ever since I've got every little thing going. Even when I didn't seem to have anything I was getting very high temperatures. About a month ago my partner brought home a really nasty flu from his london commuting and now we constantly are both getting high temperatures now and are consequently feeling gastly. We are going through paracetamol like there's no tomorrow. We are veggie and eat loads of fresh fruit and vegetable, haven't been drinking alcohol, drink lots of water and we are trying our best to rest (I'm in the school hols so I'm resting lots) but it just won't go. I could go to the drs but I'm sure they'll just say rest. Please help!!!! How can we shake this blasted thing off and boost our immunity?

Bringing her up lately reminds me of a cd set of hers I'm either gonna have to replace or somehow get it back from a psycho woman who's hated me since I dumped her a long time ago("Masque of Red Death")....I want my set back!! That chick who's got it, freaks me out she's made weird calls, threatened other women. Anyway yes, Diamanda Galas is awesome, I would say the only genres that come close to describing her is No Wave & Experimental. Running out of room here, so to say quickly with room left. uhm yeah well I'm not sure if it recently came back or if i've had it for 3 months +.. I first noticed it when i had major diarrhea on vacation.. and I didn't pay much attention.. Dissapointed in Kenny Chesney concert?

I saw the flip flop tour last summer, the tickets were pretty expensive but the line up for the concert was incredible. Well, the openers were great: Sara Evans, Sugarland, Brooks and Dunn, but Kenny Chesney was awful. He spends so much time running from one end of the stage to another that he cant get the words to his songs out. He didn't even do 'there goes my life' which I think is one of his biggest songs. Sorry, if you love him, but I go to a lot of concerts and he is the worst I have seen. If he had a higher not to hit or sustain he didnt even try. Keep him. He's not going to "go to waste" while you're in school. He's just going to be a horse. And if you can continue to work with him on weekends you will still make progress...yes slower, but still progress. When I had an inexperienced horse that I could only see on weekends (due to a crazy work schedule), I hired someone at my barn to lounge him on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 15 minutes - just to keep her brain operating. They did voice commands and transitions, it was really good basic exercising You should be able to find someone that is good enough to lounge him once or twice a week, right? Plus it would be good for him to be learning to work with a handler other than you. Good Luck!

How to read house blueprints?

Hi, I'm trying to figure out if my house was built with any sort of drainage system UNDER the basement. There is no french drain IN the basement. I do have a sump pump in a pit with a cover that pumps water into my back yard, but i can't tell if a drainage system feeds that or not. I do have the blueprints for the foundation, i just don't know what to look for... Any helpful thoughts? Thanks!

Grip is loose after regripping?

I have gripped with a lot of different grips and have seen that only happen when the of the grip is not set against the of the shaft securely, this leaves some solvent in the and will cause the grip to slip. The diameter was larger than the core size of the grip so the fit was off some but it still should have fit. I use the multicompound on my clubs and never had a problem with slippage but next time you regrip, tap the end of club on floor to secure fit. Three wraps on a .630 is alot and makes for a large grip, you may have to regip it but use a new one and it does that some grip longer to dry on certain shafts, don't know why but it does. How long did you wait before?

Normal birth?

Ok delivered my boy almost five months ago. Doc swore he had hair. The little guy was balled as Mr. Clean, but did come with a hand out stretched over his forehead and arm against his face. I received a third degree tear getting his head and shoulders out-> after two episiotomies. I had a failed foley cath (when they realized it I had over 1700 mls in my bladder). They ODed me on the drugs so I couldn't move my legs (had to use my mom, husband and my Dad [eww] to help hold my legs up so I could deliver). They recreated my perineum, after delivering my 7lb 10oz meconium, covered baby. The doc swears this is really normal, but I'm still sore, having UTIs like every month, and having problems ping solids (like every four to six days). I'm not having but I tried after getting the go-ahead and was very sorry. Doing my kegals but still making air noises out of the when I walk and stand up. Is this normal?? Sounds crazy to me. Help me out healthcare folks and moms.

Do I have a roof leak or something else?

I have wet spots on the drywall ceiling and it is starting to crack slightly which have become stained when they dry in my upstairs daughters bedroom. The spots are just before where the ceiling meets the wall. I am wondering if this is definitely a roof leak or is it something else because the wall/ceiling in question is opposite the bathroom shower. Is it possible the shower could be leaking through the ceiling/wall or would it definitely be a roof leak. The american strats are made in Corona California while the mexican strats are made in Ensenada Mexico so both are probably made by mexicans. the american strats have better electronics but the parts dont come from the US. the only way to get an all american strat is fron the fender custom shop.

In 2007 I used Tax Act thought the IRS, I followed all the instructions and submitted my efile. I waited for three months and I didn't get any response. today and i played some guitatrs. I have been playing for about 3 years now. I still have my starter electric guitar epiphone special model. I think its time for an upgrade so i playrd an Fender strat(hated it) then got my hands on an Ibanez RG4EXQM1 LOVED IT its around 450. I have a bit higher of a budget so like any other guitars like 500-600 that are good. Also i play like santana with slides and everything then move on to rock. SO i play mostly rock and stuff. I loved the tone of the ibanez. Whats the next step up from that guitar. I dont like epiphone cause i already got a special model and an Epiphone les paul isnt a huge upgrade.

I think I have an lower-respiratory infection. Anything I can do to feel better before going to the doctor?

I'm coughing up green/yellow phlegm, but other than the cough and stuff coming up (and sore throat due to all of the coughing) I have no other symptoms. Expectorants don't work (again, it's a lower infection) and I'm not using cough drops (I know this stuff needs to come up). I am, however, using throat drops. If it's not gone by Friday I'm going to a doctor. Until then, is there anything else I can do to feel better during work (I'm a teacher)?

What ive gathered from searching extensively lol is that in the shape your in you should be good. Especially since it was over a month and websites i found that were actaully legit (sorry i cant remember the sites) but they say it will stay in system for UP TO a month so im sure your good! And also you can go up to a certain level of marijuana they find its like .50 grams or something so im thinking we should be fine!! Spider bite?

I recently was bit by a spider on the back of my leg(directly behind my knee cap). Last night I was awaken by a gruely pain. My right leg is severly swollen and red. I also have a great deal of muscle apathy around the bite itself. I have got bitten in the past, but nothing this bad. I am in the probation period of a new job therefore I have no insurance until 90 days is up. I know when I went to the emergency room before the resident doctor looked at me for less then 30 seconds and prescribed my steriods and hydrocortizone cream for the itch. Although this does not itch, it hurts. Does anyone have any good advice for over the counter medicines or what I should do? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. I could hardly walk to work today.

I installed some drywall backwards, is there a way I can hide the imperfections?

I bought some mold resistant drywall and installed it with the green facing the the inside of the wall, because that's where the mold problem was Little did I know the other side of the sheetrock isn't quite as smoothe. I have some oversized shirts as well and when i feel like crap i wear them and it makes me feel better....i think wearing them once in a while is ok but when you were them alot you come of across as sloppy thats what happened to me... and plus sometimes oversized shirts make you look bigger than you are in reality which i thought it made me look slimmer but it didnt... maybe try geting a shirt that is not soooo big and still fits nice on you....but oversized shirts now for me are more for around my house like sleeping, cleaning, or just lazing around my house

in the dream i was outside on a sidewalk at night outside a door, i walked in the door to find a room that had nothing in it except a chair that looked like an electric chair and a projection screen in front of it. no one else was around, and i had never been there before, but i knew how to work the thing. if you sat in the chair and asked a question about yourself that you were unsure of (ie: what's your favorite song, and you don't know) the machine could search your brain for the exact answer and project it on the screen. i asked, what am i most afraid of? and on the screen were the dixie chicks standing in the middle of the road at night, i was sitting in a parked car watching them in front of me, when a small flying saucer came out of nowhere, sliced off their heads, and flew off. the fell over, dead, and i got out of the chair and woke up.

Slid into a curb in winter?

ok so i slid into a curb on ice around a mini traffic circle bending the steel rim in. The steering is out and the wheel vibrates a bit due to the wheel being bent. I got someone to look outside while i drove and wheel doesn't appear to wobble. i probably hit around 10 to 20 kmph and there was a big bang. When the person was looking at the wheel they noticed that on the ice one wheel was spinning, the wheel that got the damage, now i never noticed this before because ive never been outside the car when it drove, is it supposed to be like this maybe limited slip diff or did i mess up something more than the wheel and the alignment.

Giant Breed Puppy Food for an English Mastiff?

Currently have a 5.5month old English Mastiff. I have been feeding her Innova Large Breed Puppy Food since I got her. She has been doing great on it so far, however, now I feel like I am having to constantly supplement her food with wet for her to even look at it and even sometimes with the wet food she wont eat it all. I have read reviews at dogfoodysis.com and understand that it is a great food. Im just concerned that maybe she isn't eating as much as she should be. Should I switch brands? I have heard great things about Holistic Eagle Pack (which is only rated in the 3 category which kind of bothers me) and Solid Gold (which is a 4 I think). I would hate to downgrade her food, as when she hits 18months I will be switching to a high protein based food such as EVO. Or maybe its just her age where she doesn't want to eat as much as she once did? Unfortunately I dont really agree with my vet's choice in food recommendation (as I sort of feel she has been bought out by a company--Purina Pro Plan). Nor with the breeder's choice. Any advice?

How to stop being afraid of someone.. a bully?

I am literally petrified of this one person. Everytime I see them I am stifled with fear and i freeze. This person has bullied me a few times and called me names and for some reason I am absolutely terrified of them. I am going on holiday to Miami in two weeks! I would like a new iPod, but im debating which one to buy. I have $400 spending money but i dont exactly want to spend it all on the iPod. I currently live in the uk. So Im trying to get as much money as poss, because I'll have like a 50 quid saving. Cedar Point is the best ever!! You have to go. They have 17 amazing roller coasters. They just got a new one last year called the Maverick. Where can I find a plastic cover for my tub drain?

Ok, let me make this super clear and precise. I do not need to know where to get the drain cover (the metal piece that keeps the hair out). I do not need a new drain stopper (rubber or plastic that goes down in a hole). My tub doesnt have a hole to put a stopper down inside. It has a metal cover with small holes. My stepmom years ago had a flat plastic cover, that kept water out of the drain so you could take a bath, because the drain stopper inside did not work. But I would say that this didn't exactly make much sense, considering that you were lucid dreaming. Child support is not going to the right place?

For the past year and a half that I have been a non-custodial parent I have been giving my ex-wife over 1200/mo for child support and I have no idea where it is going. I have tried repetitioning for custody based on the fact that they were failing school and was told by the judge that "Academic reasons are not a reason for change of custody" and her public defender wiped the floor with me. I am really stuck on what to do now and its driving me crazy. My oldest son was crying his eyes out the other day telling me how his mom cant afford to pay her bills and that her boyfriend is drinking again. Can someone please give me a direction for what I need to do. I am thinking of re-petitioning and getting a lawyer this time because it is not fair for my children to live in "poverty" when I pay that amount of money for child support on top of 100 percent of all health and dental insurance.

What is wrong with my pine tree?

I have a pine tree in my front yard, I don't know what type it is though. I have just noticed that a large portion of the needles are turning yellow, not brown as if its not getting water. The needles are in little bunches that look like broom ends and there are several bunches on each branch. One bunch might be completely yellow, one completely green and one with more yellow than green in it. The yellowing seems to have started on the inside and is working its way outward. Can anyone tell me what this is? I have been searching the forestry page looking for an answer and so far nothing. Hope someone here can give me an idea of whats happening to my tree. Thanks!

Suzuki Digital Piano Problem?

I have a Suzuki digital piano model hp 8f. My brother spill water on the lower parts of the keys which i need. I can hear the squishy sound of water when i press the keys. I thought that it would dry in couple of days but it didn't. So i open it up and water start pouring from the lower key part. There were this long green chip that produces the sound when the keys are being hit. Sorry I don't know what's its called, if you know what in talking about tell me please. The chip were wet so i dry it with a dryer. When it dry I put it back in and some key started to work again but not all of them . So i press it with my finger and some keys started to work, so i thought maybe I'm not putting pressure on the keys, so i did and it still wouldn't work. So I thought maybe i can replace the lower chip with a new one,but I don't know what its called. If you know what I'm talking about please tell me.

Horse bucks on trail rides?

I have an 18 year old QH who has been ridden many times on trails by previous owners. Today was my first day out on a trail with him and it was suprising! I have owned him 7 months. We went out with 2 mares and another gelding and my QH decided he HAD to be first and was chomping at the bit like crazy. He is never spooky in the ring or around the yard but today when another horse started to get close he started to buck and when the gelding gat near he actually reared. He has never bucked with me before. I thought my lazy old QH was going to take off running with me and throw me off. Any ideas why he may be acting this way. Ok, so I have never committed a crime or have any criminal history. I am 18, and I own a 12 gauge mossberg shotgun in Tennessee that I bought from a friend because I wanted to keep it safe and secure in my home just in case anybody should try to enter my home (I live in an unsafe area).
