Is it safe to clean my fish bowl with this?

this might sound like a stupid question but idk much about this stuff...is it safe to clean out my fish bowl with bleach ... the thing is my old fish died about like 6 months ago n i nvr really cleaned it out .. i took the fish out of course but not the water so by now the water like evaporated and its all moldy n smelly so i wana get all the bacteria out b4 i put my new fish in ... so yah is it safe to do it with bleach and if its not wat should i clean it with
