. Is this hemorrhoid .?

uhm yeah well I'm not sure if it recently came back or if i've had it for 3 months +.. I first noticed it when i had major diarrhea on vacation.. and I didn't pay much attention.. I thought it was just skin that was irritated.. but yesterday I noticed I still have it? or I recently got it again..It's the same color as my skin I believe.. I didn't really look at it for long O_o but it's like a small pea sized bubble that feels kind of like a rotten pea. and it's squishy right below my hole.
