How to get rid of a small amount of lingering belly/abdomen fat?
Ok i was wondering how to lose my lingering belly/abdomen fat from my chubby days i began running about 1 1/2 years+ ago in track and cross country with great improvements such as sliming down quiet a bit and lowering my times but i still have some small amount of belly fat and a bit less around my abs i was wondering what would be a good way to get rid of this because i kind of eat little bit under average sometimes like 1300-1850 calories a day i would roughly guess and i don't really see it going away it might just be maybe im losing it but very slowly but i don't see it what do you think would be the best thing to do like i was thinking working out would help get rid of it obviously but what are some names of exercises i could do to set up a good daily routine of it
