Why can't I ping from a PC to a Server through router?

I'm using Cisco Packet Tracer and i'm trying to ping from a pc on the network 195.195.195.16 to a server on the 195.195.195.32 network through a router? Why isn't it working? Do I need to use a protocol on the router?
