It's true the Puertoricans hate the Dominicans?

Those dominican immigrants who risk their lives crossing "the Mona" in little boats to reach P.Rico, are saying they're being submited to relentless persecutions and ruthless discriminations, breaking and entering their houses, sometimes the guard coasts drown them making collapse the little boats, making mive deportations, menacing their lives, they say that puertoricans enjoy making gags and mocking the poor dominicans. What a shame!, in this century ?
