Hot air comes out of nose?

Some times when I exhale throughmy nose and i stick out my upper lip to feel the temperature of the air, the air is really hot compared to the usual temperature of the air coming out of my nose. It burns my upper lips when I do it some times. What does it mean when the air coming out of your nose is really hot?
