Why doesnt Team USA have any big time players?

Like why dont they have dwayne wade, kobe bryant, dwight howard, lebron james, Chris Bosh, or any big time players. They have Kevin Durant, Derrick Rose and Danny Granger and couple of others but why dont they have the most popular players. Im watching the USA game against Lithuania and i want to know why theyre not playing these top players.
