Will the Sahara desert return to its past climate?

Scientists have said that the Sahara Desert goes through 20,000 year climate cycles, matching up with the earths small wobble in its rotation that also happens every 20,000 years. If I'm not mistaken, the next "Wobble" is in 2012, so will we see the megalakes in the Sahara desert fill up before our lives are over?
