Lindsay Lohan. What is her problem?

In my opinion the best treatment for her is a good old-fashioned . I'm not buying this crap that she was thinking that she was borrowing the necklace either. If someone hadn't turned the necklace in she would still have it. I work at a prison and I can see what may happen to the judicial system if she doesn't get some serious time for her crimes. Thieves can merely say they were only borrowing the jewelry they stole from your home or that they didn't realize that taking things that don't belong to you is wrong and the judge will say "Now, now, it 's all right. We will send you to a sweet little resort so you can have time to think about what prank you want to pull next." Drugs may have influenced her decision making process slightly but I know a lot of old boys that have way more experience than she does when it comes to drug use and they got locked up. One thing that I am wondering though is do the jewelry stores in Beverly Hills just leave $2,500 necklaces just lying around?
