Is it time to repeal anti-discrimination laws?

Most people have to take it on the chin if they don't get the job they want or the promotion they think they deserve. Certain groups, Asian, black, women, disabled have an additonal tool which they can call on to say that they are being treated unfairly. Recently there have been ridiculous claims with huge payouts with those in the Met Police being the highest profile cases at the moment. Isn't it the case that some people just aren't good enough or likeable enough to get what they want and so use and abuse legislation?
