Friends with benefits or relationship?

so me and this guy became really good friends. we hang out all the time at his house. we go out to movies play pool the club. so now we have decided to become fwb. i like him alot and he likes me too. but he told me not to fall in love with him which im not in love with him and not going to fall in loe with him. its just weird it seems like there more there than just fwb because ive had fwb before and it was like go screw him then leave but this is like were in a relationship and havent admitted it yet. please give any advice.
