Anyone know what might be wrong with my new cat?

I got another playmate for my cat last week. The cat is a 5 year old male that is neutered and de- clawed. However that day I noticed he is having some gunky green drainage coming out of both eyes and the whites of his eyes are red. This morning he threw up a milky like substance. It looked just like milk. The people I got him from said that his eyes have always had drainage ever since they adopted him from the humane society. I asked the people for prior paperwork on him and they don't have any! Any suggestions?
