Slid into a curb in winter?

ok so i slid into a curb on ice around a mini traffic circle bending the steel rim in. The steering is out and the wheel vibrates a bit due to the wheel being bent. I got someone to look outside while i drove and wheel doesn't appear to wobble. i probably hit around 10 to 20 kmph and there was a big bang. When the person was looking at the wheel they noticed that on the ice one wheel was spinning, the wheel that got the damage, now i never noticed this before because ive never been outside the car when it drove, is it supposed to be like this maybe limited slip diff or did i mess up something more than the wheel and the alignment.
