If you go to school together, I would tell a school counselor, tell your parents and if you can, tell her parents. Now it is possible that she might get upset with you for a little while but she needs help with someone trained to help some one in her situation. Regular day to day people like you and I do not have the skills to help someone like her. Tell an adult no matter what, that is how teenage gals die. I would rather have a pissed off friend that can get help and get better than a friend's secret who is dead. I'm not saying she might go as far as suicide, but it's better safe than sorry.
