My girlfriend flirts?

I got a problem which l will need lot of ideas and comments. I met a girl and she is my girlfriend now. When we are walking along the street, she watches every guy who pes by. Is can even say : oh look he looks cute: I was so much confused and l decided to comfront her one day. she told me in her country "ukraine, they watch just like that. I told her for me that is more than a flirt and also the comments that follows. This made me to be jealous. I decided to flirt but she does not react like how l react towards hers.I even sometimes saythings like " oh look she got a nice shape" just to make her feel how l feel, but nothing makes her mad. I started loosing interrest in her, but l am stuck in her. she tells me she loves me but she seems not to understand me. I later told her that she was behaving like a ***** because dear readers l could not take it anymore. This word makes her mad, but she never stops and it became a word on my mouth towards her. Is that flirting?
